Corbin Fence
My name is David Corbin, I am the manager and one of the fence installation experts on our crew at Corbin Fence Company. Fences, whether for livestock or horses, need to work for the farmer, not the farmer working to repair the fence. I strongly believe that efficient livestock handling and management is one aspect of raising livestock and horses that is necessary for the sustainability of a farm, ranch or stable.
In today’s agriculture climate, off the farm jobs and additional farm tasks result in less time available for the day-to-day chores. A well-designed and installed fence system with appropriate materials can facilitate an efficient and easy-to-manage livestock farm or horse facility, resulting in more time and energy available for your off the farm jobs or other farm tasks.
My experiences both on and off the farm allow me to better understand what type of fence customers are looking for in their particular operation, as well as provide recommendations if the customer is unsure of the best way to setup their fence system for ease of use and maintenance. Growing up on a working cattle and sheep farm over the last 30+ years has provided me with the experience of handling and managing livestock to provide a practical understanding of how these animals operate.
Built to last
Certification in the Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) program provided background knowledge on systems for handling cattle safely and effectively for livestock and the farmer as well. Additionally, extensive experience working with state agencies and Conservation Biology education has enabled smooth correspondence and collaboration with various funding agencies such as county conservation, NRCS, and other agricultural nonprofit organizations for projects where outside agencies will contribute funding.
We strive to collaborate with every client to design and install fence systems that meet their needs, are built to last, and the client is proud to own when the job is finished!
